Let's Get Fit & Healthy!

Occasionally, we will feature a helpful website, article, idea, etc... for getting fit and healthy. As the Church we should care about our health and fitness, after-all God created our amazing bodies. Please consider one simple change you can make toward better nutrition and fitness. Implement them into your lifestyle and share tips with your family and friends.


Nutrition Tip - Switch to whole grains (whole wheat bread, pasta, etc...). It really does have more taste than the white stuff!

Fitness Tip - Wear a pedometer all day, every day, record your steps before bed, and try to increase your steps daily. (Make it fun... turn it into a game to compete against yourself.)
